Dr. Sarah Teasdale, BSc, DC,has a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and graduated cum laude in 1996 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Teasdale is a member of the BC Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
Her special chiropractic interest is helping families, from grandparents to grandchildren, realize their maximum health potential.
Melanie Hess, RMT
(Myofascial Techniques, Deep Tissue, Sports Injuries, MVA rehabilitation)
Melanie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC back in 2006. She has found passion in working with deep tissue and myofascial release techniques, continuously modifying depth and technique depending on each individual's needs. Melanie has done extensive work with victims of motor vehicle accident as well as individuals with sports injuries, yet she also enjoys all rehabilitative challenges from over-stressed tissues to severe chronic pain. She enjoys sharing knowledge to allow her clients to gain optimal health by answering questions, giving feedback and home-care, or by referring to another health care professional when called for. In her time off Melanie has a strong love for rock climbing and exploring the outdoors, as well as enjoying joyous moments with family and friends.
Amanda Godfrey, RMT
(Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, TriggerPoint™ Therapy, Visceral Manipulation)
Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) Victoria Campus in 2014, the final year of the 3,000-hour program. Amanda’s focus on treatments is to provide therapeutic massage using deep tissue work, myofascial release, and TriggerPoint™ therapy, as well as other therapeutic techniques. Whether the focus is stress reduction, relaxation, or post-injury rehabilitation, she will provide the most effective and appropriate treatment to clients with follow-up homecare exercises. Outside of the office, Amanda participates in many activities, including snowboarding, gym classes, and exploring the great outdoors. Amanda also recently finished her first level of Visceral Manipulation through The Barral Institute in October 2017 and cannot wait to provide clients with an alternative style of treatment for chronic pain and discomforts throughout the body.
